Defending Justice. Upholding the Constitution. Serving Texas with Integrity.

Meet Rob

Dedicated. Conservative. Grounded in Faith & Service.

Rob Farquharson is a dedicated attorney and conservative leader who serves as a Deputy Chief in the Texas Attorney General’s Office under Ken Paxton. In this role, he has taken on some of the toughest legal battles to protect Texas families and defend the rule of law. Rob’s work has included defeating Biden Border NGOs in the Texas Supreme Court, holding radical doctors accountable for performing transgender medical treatment on children, and standing up for fairness in women’s sports.

Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, Rob served as a domestic violence prosecutor and founded a nonprofit providing legal assistance to sexually exploited children. Those experiences shaped his belief that the law should protect the innocent and serve the community — not politics.

A lifelong conservative, husband, and father, Rob lives in northern Kaufman County with his wife, Nicole, and their two children. Guided by faith and a love for his community, Rob is ready to bring strong, principled leadership to Kaufman County Court at Law No. 2.

Core Values That Guide His Service:

“Kaufman County deserves conservative leadership that's invested in our future and rooted in justice, fairness, and the rule of law.”
